- service of investment processes including investments in real estates
- interpretation of European and Polish tax law regulations
- planning of taxation between related parties and establishing the level of transfer prices

RULES OF SERVING LEGAL ASSISTANCE

Legal Firm serving legal assistance follows laws regulations, provisions included in the code of solicitor ethic rules, in resolutions of self-government authorities and good customs accepted in solicitors’ environment. Solicitor who conducts case wears an offcial uniform.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

Each partner of the Law Firm is covered by obligatory and voluntary solicitors` liability insurance on conditions settled in regulation of the Finance Minister and contract with PZU up to amount of 15.000.000 zl
